• Commissions are for personal use only. If you plan to use it for commercial use, please ask me beforehand as it will incur higher fees.

• Repost are perfectly allowed, please credit me/my social media (@yeejchan). I also have the right to post artwork on my social media unless discussed otherwise. The copyright belongs still to Yeej Chan, and the works can be used as my personal portfolio.

• I will start the commission once full payment has been processed. I will send a paypal invoice to you for the payment 4 days before when it comes to your queue. Please complete the payment within these 4 days, or also welcome if pay earlier.

•  If you want to cancel the commission , please message me through instagram or email, as long as I haven't started painting, I will return the money.

​

• Work is usually done within 1week-2month / 1 queue, may take more time if there are many details .  ​Any deadline rush or priority commissions will incur an additional cost

​​

• The default size will vary by pose, but unless otherwise specified, it is approximately 2000 ~ 3500 px at 300dpi.

​

• Feel free to provide the references of characters. Any design work will incur additional costs. 

​

• Please also provide detail references/notes if you would like anything specific about pose, background, expression etc. If not, I also happy to create my freely idea in the artwork.

​

• After accepting the commission, I will provide a rough sketch. If you spot anything you wish to change or adjust you may state during this phase, requests for changes at the sketch stage are accepted. I will start coloring until final after the sketch approved.

• You will receive full digital jpeg file of the commission through google drive or you request other way.
